Chris has been the Transformation Director at Well for over 2 years. He is responsible for setting the future direction of the business and leading the transition into a new technology and digital led world. He has been delivering transformation programmes for 18 years and has worked internationally within the Pharmaceutical Industry, Retail and Financial Services in internal roles and as a an external consultant. When not leading the transformation at Well, Chris is an enthusiastic triathlete and has just got back from completing Ironman Italy as well as Challenge Roth in July.
